Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming action-thriller film ‘OG’ with Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi. The movie focuses on a gangster named Ojas Gambheera, who returns to Mumbai following his ten year disappearance, to kill another crime boss, Omi Bhau.
The makers of today finally released the much awaited trailer on Monday, and it quickly created a buzz on social media. The action filled promo gave fans an exciting look at Pawan Kalyan and Emraan Hashmi’s powerful face off, along with stylish visuals, catchy dialogues, and thrilling action scenes.
The film has already generated massive pre-release excitement, with massive advance sales at the North American box office. As of September 21, 8 PM, OG has sold nearly 75,000 tickets in North America, taking its advance bookings to an impressive USD 2.14 million. In the US alone, the film has registered approximately 69,000 tickets sold, amounting to USD 1.97 million across 2,100+ shows in 490+ locations.

With three days remaining before its premiere, OG is expected to witness further surge in bookings, especially after the release of its much-awaited trailer.

Apart from Pawan Kalyan and Emraan, the movie also stars Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Rao Ramesh, Sriya Reddy, Harish Uthaman, Abhimanyu Singh, Ajay Gosh, Saurav Lokesh, Vennela Kishore and Akira Nandan.
Talking about OG and his other projects, Pawan revealed, “I have completed shooting for OG and have around five days left to complete Ustaad Bhagat Singh. I will definitely not act anymore if I have political clashes because my priority is the administration and the Janasena Party.”
Directed by Sujeeth and produced by D. V. V. Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment, ‘OG’ is slated to release in theatres on September 25, 2025.
