Case at Begusarai Court
While hearing the case filed in Begusarai Court against Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, the trial court’s action has been quashed. With this, it is reported that notice has also been issued to Shambhu Kumar, the complainant of both. According to the report, the complainant had filed a case against Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor in the Begusarai court under sections 500 and 504 of the IPC, which both have now got relief. After a long time, now both of them breathed a sigh of relief.

Ekta Kapoor was accused of wrongly portraying soldiers and their wives in this web series, which hurt their sentiments and for this, an arrest warrant was issued against them. Earlier, Ekta Kapoor had said about this in an interview that ‘it happened by mistake’, which has now been heard and relieved. With this, there is news that the arrest of both has also been stopped.
