During the hearing at the Central Jail Judicial Complex, the police sought a five-day remand to investigate Sahir’s alleged drug trafficking activities. However, the court granted only one day, instructing the police to gather more evidence before seeking further remand.
Sahir Hasan’s Alleged Role In Drug Trade

Investigators claim that he was part of a well-established network, obtaining narcotics from suppliers identified as Bazil and Yahya before distributing them in the city. Link To The Mustafa Amir Murder Case

While the exact details remain under investigation, officials suspect that the illicit drug trade played a role in the circumstances surrounding Amir’s death. As the case unfolds, law enforcement is working to determine whether Sahir was directly or indirectly involved in the incident.
According to media reports, The police have been directed to present additional evidence in court to justify any request for an extended remand. Investigators are expected to interrogate Sahir further to uncover more details about his network and its operations. Meanwhile, authorities are also pursuing the alleged suppliers, Bazil and Yahya, to dismantle the broader drug syndicate operating in Karachi.
