Kaantha:
‘Kaantha’ is set in 1950s Madras and focuses on legendary director Ayya and his strained relationship with T. K. Mahadevan. Things took a turn after Mahadevan renamed a female-focused film ‘Shaantha’ to ‘Kaantha’ to suit his own image. The movie will release on Netflix on December 12, 2025, in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam. It will release in Kannada with the title of Shaantha. Dulquer Salmaan played the role of T. K. Mahadevan, a superstar. Samuthirakani is seen as Ayya, Mahadevan’s former mentor. Bhagyashri Bose played Kumari, film’s heroine and Mahadevan’s love interest. Meanwhile, Rana Daggubati stars as Inspector Devaraj.
Single Papa
Single Papa focuses on Gaurav, whose life takes a turn when he finds a baby in the back of his car. He must defy his eccentric family, the adoption agency and societal norms to become a single father. The series stars Kunal Kemmu, Manoj Pahwa, Ayesha Raza and Prajakta Koli. It will release on Netflix on December 12.
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
The plot will focus on the murder of a priest, with Detective Benoit Blanc returning to solve this case among many suspects. ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’ will release on Netflix December 12, 2025. It stars Daniel Craig as Detective Benoit Blanc in the lead role.
