Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan has sent his fans into a frenzy with his new movie ‘They Call Him OG’. It has emerged as the highest grossing Telugu film of 2025, raking in over Rs. 300 crores at the worldwide box office. Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi has also made his Telugu debut with this movie.
Amid its grand box office success, ‘They Call Him OG’ has also created speculations regarding its OTT release.
OG OTT release update:
Reports suggest that OG is likely to start streaming on OTT platforms from October 23, 2025. The makers have reportedly signed a four-week deal with Netflix, which explains why the Hindi-dubbed version did not see a theatrical release across national chains. Official confirmation regarding the OTT release is still awaited.

Apart from Pawan Kalyan and Emraan, the movie also stars Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Rao Ramesh, Sriya Reddy, Harish Uthaman, Abhimanyu Singh, Ajay Gosh, Saurav Lokesh, Vennela Kishore and Akira Nandan.
Talking about OG and his other projects, Pawan revealed, “I have completed shooting for OG and have around five days left to complete Ustaad Bhagat Singh. I will definitely not act anymore if I have political clashes because my priority is the administration and the Janasena Party.”
The movie is directed by Sujeeth and produced by D. V. V. Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
