Despite his net worth being approx Rs 2900 crores and capability to afford a larger and more luxurious bungalow, Salman Khan has chosen to make Galaxy Apartments in Bandra his home for many years. This decision is deeply rooted in his strong familial bonds, particularly with his parents who reside in the same building. In a previous interview, when asked why he hasn’t moved out despite his wealth, Salman emphasized the importance of family ties over material possessions.

Salman Khan has expressed his affection for residing in his flat in Bandra rather than a grand bungalow, citing the proximity to his parents who live in the flat above as the primary reason. He fondly recalls the familiarity of the neighborhood and the comfort of sharing space with his parents, emphasizing that despite its modest size, the flat holds immense sentimental value for him.

Two individuals on a motorcycle fired three shots outside Salman Khan’s residence, but fortunately, no injuries were reported. In response, security measures have been increased, and the police have launched an investigation into the incident. It has been reported that a 7.62 weapon was used in the shooting.
