In the viral, the crowd is seen visibly angry as people expressed their disappointment over her late arrival. Neha then addressed the crowd and was in tears as she thanked everyone for their patience.
Addressing the crowd, she said on stage, “Guys, you are really sweet! You have been patient. Itni der se aap log wait kar rahe ho. I hate it, maine life mein kabhi kisi ko wait nahi karwaya hai. Aap itni der se wait kar rahe ho, I’m so sorry! It means a lot to me. I will remember this evening forever. Aaj aap log mere liye itna kimti time nikaal kar aaye ho. I will make sure that I will make you all dance.”

The video has gone viral on Reddit and netizens expressed their disappointment over the ‘fashionably late culture’ of many celebrities. Meanwhile, some people in the crowd said, “Go back! Rest in your hotel.” Some even said that this is not Indian Idol.
One Reddit user commented, “Was there a valid reason for that, why did she arrive so late? 3 hours is so unprofessional and disrespectful to the audience.”
Another person wrote, “Been to at least 12 international artists concerts in Mumbai they were never late more than 10,20 mins.” One person, who reportedly attended her concert, commented, “She came 2:45 hr late did 45 mins singing acting ! Terrible experience for 300$ (150 each).”
Neha is yet to officially react to this controversy. Meanwhile, she posted an Instagram story in which she shared picture of her breakfast.
