New Delhi: Nayanthara threw a midnight birthday celebration for her husband Vignesh Shivan in Dubai to celebrate his 37th birthday. The director of Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal posted photos from his “dreamy birthday” on Instagram along with a lengthy thank-you note to his wife and God for the “beautiful moments.”
He wrote, “A birthday filled wit pure love from a loving family Awesome surprise by my wife my thangam a dreamy birthday below Burj Khalifa with all my lovely people wit me ! Can’t get better and more special than this 🙂 Always thanking God for all the lovely moments he gives me in this blessed life!”. The first two photos see Nayanthara and Vignesh posing beneath the Burj Khalifa while wearing matching black outfits. Vignesh smiles broadly while posing with his family in the final image.

After dating for almost seven years, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan wed on June 9. Megastar Rajinikanth, superstar Shah Rukh Khan, famed musician AR Rahman, director Mani Ratnam, and others all attended the wedding. Sharing dreamy pictures from his wedding, Vignesh wrote, “On a scale of 10 … She’s Nayan & am the one By God’s Grace 🙂 jus married #Nayanthara.”

Meanwhile, Netflix will soon premiere a documentary based on the love story and the wedding of Nayanthara and Vignesh. Announcing the documentary, Vignesh shared a monochrome picture with Nayanthara and captioned it as “Happy to be associated with the greatest @netflix_in to bring you some nice unforgettable moments from our life! #TheForeverStory #wikkinayan”
On the professional front, Nayanthara is getting ready for the arrival of GodFather, a movie that also stars Chiranjeevi. Salman Khan also makes a cameo appearance in the movie. On October 5, it is expected to open in theatres. She will also be seen in Atlee’s Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan.
