Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s divorce case: The children of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui are finally able to return to school in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where they left halfway due to family quarrels. According to a Bombay High Court judge, it was done after extensive intervention.
The children attended the judge’s office on Monday with their mother, Zainab Siddiqui, aka Aaliya, aka Aanjana Pandey, and lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee.
Adnan Shaikh, a lawyer representing the actor, apologized for his absence as he was stranded due to several issues related to his international flight.
However, Justices Revati Mohite Dere and his bench of Justice Sharmila Deshmukh agreed to hold Nawazuddin Siddiqui and discussed the matter with him online. The judge first heard each party individually and then all together.

As an interim measure, it was decided that the children would return to their school and complete their education in the UAE. Other interim measures are also being discussed between the parties, but legal intervention is underway and the court expects to hear the parties again in June.
A judge is considering a habeas corpus petition from the actor requesting that his children be brought to court. They were said not to go to school and he said he did not know their whereabouts. The actor’s ex-wife ended up at his apartment with the kids as some issues surfaced.
According to the actor, Zainab Siddiqui is a permanent resident of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and had two children from their marriage in 2010. The couple got divorced in 2011.
Their two children are also UAE citizens and live there, but the actor claims to send Rs 10 lakh per month for their welfare.
