Beer Biceps YouTube Restored: YouTube channels of Ranveer Allahbadia aka Beer Biceps have been recovered 40 hours after being hacked. The breach happened around 11:30 pm on Wednesday, while Ranveer was in Singapore. Hackers renamed the channel to ‘Tesla’, deleted all his videos, and replaced it with AI generated content of Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Soon after, YouTube deleted both channels, leading users to a “404 not found” page with the message, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.”
Ranveer Posts A Video To Thank Everyone!
After the accounts were restored, Ranveer took to his Instagram and X handle and shared a video to announce the same. In the video, he can be heard saying, “Hey guys. Want to update you all that our channels have been restored. Thanks to the YouTube global and YouTube India team. Very grateful to them and grateful to you all. Thank you so much for supporting us through this very testing period.”
He further shared how several thoughts crossed his mind during this time. “There was a moment when I felt that I finally have switch to being a full time entrepreneur. No More YouTube. But god has other plans,” he said.
Warning people about the cybercrimes, he added, “I hope this is reminder for you all to focus much more on your cybersecurity needs. It’s something we have been very serious about, and then this happened. Cyber safety is a very serious topic. It’s the need of the hour. Educate yourself on this topic.”
Ranveer also addressed the allegations that the YouTube channel hack was a PR stunt. “I also want to tell you guys that this is not a marketing or a PR stunt. My work is my dharm. This is my faith. I would not mess around with the image of my work in such a way. One last reminder when you attach a divine purpose to your work, god will always take care of you. Lots of love. Thank you,” he ended.
