About The Film
The movie revolves around Mufasa, a young lion cub who lives alone, without a family. He soon meets a kind lion named Taka, who comes from a royal family.

The story explores how Mufasa, who becomes the most loved king of the Pride Lands, rises to greatness. The wise mandrill Rafiki tells Mufasa’s story to Kiara, who is the younger daughter of Simba and Nala. Throughout the tale, Timon and Pumbaa add a dose of fun and humour, making the journey even more enjoyable.

According to the reports, as of February 2, 2025, ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ has earned $230 million in the United States and Canada and $423.6 million in other countries, bringing its total worldwide earnings to $653.6 million. In India alone, the film made over ₹130 crore just two weeks after its release.
