Indian cricket star MS Dhoni has collaborated with filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga for a new ad campaign for EMotorad. In the playful ad, Dhoni recreates Ranbir Kapoor’s character Ranvijay Singh from Sandeep’s blockbuster film Animal (2023).
The ad shows Dhoni stepping out of a stylish car, carrying an e-cycle instead of a gun while Sandeep enthusiastically praises his acting and the scene./
A Fun Take On Animal’s Over-The-Top Style
After Dhoni’s dramatic entry, Sandeep exclaims, “Mind-blowing, fantastic, maza aa gaya sir. Log seetiyan bajayenge”, to which Dhoni responds with Ranbir’s famous line, “Sunai derha hai mujhe, Behra nahi hoon mai”. Seeing this Sandeep Vanga says, “Ab hua na mera hero ready.”
Dhoni even questions the director, asking, “Isn’t this too much?” but Sandeep simply promises to make it even grander. The ad ends with Dhoni recreating the iconic final shot from Animal, with a playful title card: ‘The film with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’.
