Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway box office collection Day 12: Rani Mukerji’s film left people with many emotions. The film, based on a true story, ran for 12 days in theatres. But its collection shows a little trend in theatres. The film recently surpassed Rs 15 crore at the box office. In its second week in theatres, the film’s collection descended.

The film appeared on-screen on March 17th. The film is inspired by the story of an Indian couple whose children were abducted by Norwegian authorities in 2011.
Recently, the film surpassed Rs 150 crore at the box office and is still playing in cinemas. However, the film is estimated to have made a net profit of Rs 60 lakh at the domestic box office on Tuesday, 28th March.
This brings its total cash collection in India to Rs 16.33 crore. The film had 7.88% Uptime on Tuesday.

About Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway
A mother fights an entire nation for custody of her children in the film. Jim Sarbh and Anirban Bhattacharya also star in the film. The film was directed by Ashima Chibber and released on March 17.
The film is based on Sagarika Chakraborty’s autobiography titled The Journey of a Mother. Sagarika’s children were taken from her by the Norwegian Childcare system (Barnevernet) in 2011.
