Mere Husband Ki Biwi has hit theaters, promising a mix of romance, comedy and chaos. The intriguing title itself sparks curiosity. What does it really mean? Well, the film does a great job of unraveling this mystery. While the film opened to decent expectations, its box office numbers have remained steady rather than showing significant growth.
Box Office Collection Day 2
According to reports from the Sacnilk, Mere Husband Ki Biwi collected ₹1.5 crore on its opening day (Friday). Fans and trade analysts expected a jump in numbers on Saturday, given the positive word of mouth. However, the film saw only a slight increase, earning ₹1.65 crore on its second day. This brings its total box office collection to ₹3.15 crore in two days.
Story Line
The story begins in New Delhi, where Ankur Chaddha (Arjun Kapoor) is trying to recover from his traumatic marital life. He was married to Prableen Dhillon (Bhumi Pednekar), but their relationship ended in divorce. The experience was so distressing that Ankur is haunted by nightmares of his ex-wife. To help him move on, his friend Rehaan Qureshi (Harsh Gujral) introduces him to different women.

Star Cast
After playing the menacing Danger Lanka in Singham Again, Arjun Kapoor returns to his comic avatar after a long time, and it’s refreshing to see him in this role. His on-screen chemistry with Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet is enjoyable. Bhumi portrays the jealous ex-wife convincingly, while Rakul Preet looks stunning in her new avatar.
Stand-up comedian Harsh Gujral makes his acting debut but appears slightly nervous in certain scenes. Dino Morea, in a special appearance, plays Rakul Preet’s brother, while Aditya Seal portrays Bhumi’s current boyfriend. The supporting actors, Mukesh Rishi, Kanwaljit Singh, Anita Raj, and Shakti Kapoor, enhance the entertainment quotient.
