Natasha Nayar, originally Natasha Sheikh, is the supportive wife of KKR’s assistant coach Abhishek Nayar. A talented hair and makeup artist, Natasha owns the salon brand Hair Garage, establishing her career independently from her husband’s cricketing world. Despite her husband’s public life, Natasha prefers to maintain a low profile, allowing her work to speak for itself.
The couple’s love story began unexpectedly. Recalling their first meeting, Abhishek Nayar shared, ‘I had gone for a haircut, and she was my hairstylist. That’s how we met. The guy has to be the first one to make a move.’ They dated for a while before tying the knot on June 7, 2014.

Abhishek had announced their engagement via X (formerly Twitter) with a simple message, ‘I am now engaged.’ He believed 30 was the ideal age for him to marry, and the couple has since enjoyed a happy married life.
Abhishek often expresses his gratitude for having Natasha in his life. “We had been contemplating marriage for some time. I just brought it up casually. There was no special atmosphere created,” he revealed. He describes Natasha as ‘supportive’ and always there to uplift him, a pillar of strength throughout his career.
