Akshaye Khanna has been grabbing attention for his stellar performance in the action-thriller ‘Dhurandhar’. He has gone viral on social media due to his dance and swag in the film. Due to his newfound limelight among Gen Zs, his half-brother has also been getting attention for his striking looks.

His half-brother, Sakshi Khanna, is the youngest son of Vinod Khanna and his second wife Kavita Daftary. He also has a sister, Shraddha Khanna. He worked as an assistant director in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and in Milan Luthria’s ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara!’.
Apart from this, he served as the producer for the films ‘Namdev Bhau in Search of Silence’ and ‘Three and a Half’. According to reports, Sakshi Khanna tried to venture into acting several times, but things did not work out for him. As per IMDb, he was supposed to make his acting debut in 2013 with ‘Aashiqui 2’, but things did not materialise.

In 2014, director Milan Luthra was going to launch him, but plans fell through again. Sanjay Leela Bhansali was also going to produce a film featuring Sakshi, but the project failed to launch again. In an earlier interview with The Indian Express, Milan Luthra expressed excitement on working with Sakshi. He said, “Sakshi is immensely talented, and the role is complex. So there is a lot of homework that he requires to do over the next few months.”
Sakshi has over 14k followers on Instagram. He was not active on Instagram for over four years and started posting again in the last few weeks. According to ETimes, Sakshi Khanna started his own production house and has decided to stay away from limelight.
