No Flight Announcement Made?
According to Manara, her flight time was 5:00 PM, but she was told by the boarding gate that it already departed at 4:45 PM which was 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Manara was amazed at how an airline would be able to get a flight in the air prior to its announced departure time without alerting its passengers. What angered her even more was that her name was not even called out before the plane departed. She pointed out that passengers must be informed in such a situation, but the airline crew supposedly did not pay heed to her.

The actress did not hold back in expressing her anger and disappointment towards IndiGo.
