Malayalam Actor Ganapathi Charged With Drunk Driving And Speeding

Malayalam actor Ganapathi got into controversy after being booked for drunk and reckless driving.

Malayalam actor Ganapathi has been booked for drunk driving and reckless speeding on the national highway between Angamaly and Kalamassery. According to reports, his vehicle was observed speeding and changing lanes unpredictably by the police, who attempted to stop the vehicle. He continued driving even though the police gave him signals to stop the vehicle.

The vehicle was finally stopped at Kalamassery. The actor was found driving under the influence of alcohol and the police registered a case against him. Ganapathi is yet to react to these reports.

On the work front, he was last seen in the movie ‘Adios Amigo’ with Asif Ali and Suraj Venjaramoodu. He will next star in ‘Oru Kattil Oru Muri’. Ganapathi rose to fame after starring in ‘Vinodayathra’ in 2007. He was also seen in ‘Manjummel Boys’, which was one of the highest-grossing Malayalam movies in 2024.
