The release date of the much awaited comedy film, ‘HOUSEFULL 5’ has been postponed. The lead star of the film, Akshay Kumar took to social media to announce the new release date of the ensemble comedy. Earlier, the film was scheduled to release on Diwali 2024.
Taking to X, Akshay Kumar shared the poster of Housefull 5 along with Sajid Nadiadwala’s statement. He captioned the post, “5 times the entertainment is on its way! See you in cinemas on 6th June, 2025 💥 #SajidNadiadwala’s #Housefull5.” As per the post, the film will be directed by Tarun Mansukhani.

The Official Statement from the film’s producer Sajid Nadiadwala read, “The Housefull franchise owes its massive success to the audiences, and we hope for a similar reception from Housefull 5. The team has crafted an absolutely mind-blowing story that demands top-notch VFX. Therefore, we’ve made the decision to push the release to endure we deliver five times the entertainment with great cinematic experience.” Housefull 5 will now be releasing on June 6, 2025.

Taking to Instagram, Akshay shared a poster of ‘Housefull 5’ which he captioned, “Get ready for FIVE times the madness!.
