Telugu film actress Hema was arrested by the Central Crime Branch investigating the Bengaluru rave party case on Monday after questioning. The rave party took place on May 19 at a residential building near Electronic City.
The Central Crime Branch (CCB) summoned Hema to its office on Monday. According to sources, she threw herself down in front of her interrogators wearing a burka to hide her identity. As his answers were not satisfactory, he was arrested.

Hema’s Comment On Media
Speaking to the media outside the police station, Hema said, “I have not done anything. I am innocent. Look what they are doing to me. I did not take drugs. I shared the original confession video from Hyderabad, not Bengaluru. I even shared a video of me cooking biryani in Hyderabad.

What Happened At Rave Party
According to CCB sources, the rave party was organized on the pretext of a birthday party where most of the people came from the neighboring states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
They added that some people from Bengaluru were also there.
Acting on a tip-off, the CCB raided the place and collected blood samples from those who attended the party.
Blood reports later confirmed that 86 people, including Hema, tested positive for drugs, police sources said.
According to sources, a total of 103 people attended the party. The participants were 73 men and 30 women.
During the raid, police confiscated MDMA (Ecstasy) pills, MDMA crystals, hydro-cannabis, cocaine, luxury cars, and DJ equipment, including sound and lighting equipment.
Hema’s Video
Last Monday, Hema released a video to the media in which she claimed that her name was withdrawn without reason and that she lives in a residential building on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Hema claimed that journalists and well-wishers kept calling her about her supposed arrest. He released a video to the press stating that he was in Hyderabad and not Bengaluru. He said in the video, ‘I didn’t go anywhere, I’m enjoying and chilling at a residence in Hyderabad. Don’t believe rumors. I don’t know who’s there, it’s fake news that I was at a party.’ She also posted a video of herself cooking at home on Tuesday.
