BLACKPINK is one of the most popular girls group in the world and has been making waves ever since its debut in 2016. The band is currently on a hiatus as all the members, Lisa, Rose, Jenny and Jisoo, are busy focusing on their solo projects. Their agency YG Entertainment has now officially announced Blackpink’s comeback with an album and tour.
Lisa recently dropped an exciting update about Blackpink’s comeback as well. While speaking to Variety, Lisa said, “We were in the studio a few days ago, we’re all so super excited to get back together and go on tour. We really miss the blinks. We can’t wait to see them.”
Lisa was earlier busy with her album and her acting debut in THe White Lotus Season 3. In an interview with Zoom, she expressed her love for BLINKs in India and also shared her desire to visit the country. While talking about her fandom in India, Lisa shared, “I would love to go to India. I heard there’s a lot of BLINKS in India, wishing that Blackpink could go visit them. Hopefully in the future, I would love to visit India to meet all the BLINKS. My Alter Ego album is my first full-length album, and I hope you will love this album as much as I do.”

Lisa has been basking in the success and has achieved several new milestones. She earlier performed at the Oscars 2025 alongside popular international artists Doja Cat and Raye, with whom she collaborated for song ‘Born Again’. Her performance was a tribute to the James Bond film series.
On the work front, Lisa released her three solo songs ‘Rockstar’, ‘New Woman’ and ‘Moonlit Floor’.
