New Delhi: Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer Liger hits the big screens today. While the Puri jagannadh film garners a mixed reaction in India, the case is not that drowsy overseas.

Liger has collected an excellent $350k from the USA alone, and that, too, just in its premiere shows across the country.

Also the pandemic has a major affect on film openings now. The film could have seen 7-8 crores opening in regular circumstances but for now, a start of 4-5 crores would be positive as well.
Meanwhile, in India, some have gone at length to praise Vijay and Ramya’s performances in Liger, others seem disappointed. But overall, the film has garnered positive responses from the cinegoers.
