Bharti Singh is back with the third season of Laughter Chefs and has been entertaining everyone as a host. However, she has been receiving backlash online after her comment on Ayesha Khan’s appearance, who appeared in the show to promote her film ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’.
A video has been going viral on Reddit in which Bharti compared Ayesha’s looks to Krushna Abhishek. Ayesha looked visibly upset but kept smiling. After seeing Ayesha, Bharti joked, “Jab saari heroine aayi na, mujhe Ayesha ko dekh ke laga, Krushna phir se aa gaya, kyunki uski tarah lambi hai na.”
Upon hearing Bharti, Kapil questioned, “Was this a compliment of what?” Parul Gulati, Ayesha’s co-star, said, “You shouldn’t have said this.” Bharti further apologised and said, “Sorry, I’m pregnant.”
Am I the only one who found this joke weird, maybe even rude and a bit mean?
