Los Angeles is making headlines due to the severe challenges it is currently facing. The city is grappling with devastating wildfires that have forced the evacuation of thousands of residents. These fires have claimed the lives of at least five people, destroyed over 4,000 buildings, and displaced more than 130,000 individuals as the flames continue to spread for the fourth consecutive day.
Firefighters are working tirelessly to bring the situation under control, but strong winds are complicating their efforts, causing it to worsen. Unfortunately, several Hollywood celebrities have also lost their homes in these terrifying wildfires. Many have taken to Instagram to share their heartbreak and experiences with their followers. 1. Cary Elwes
Hollywood actor Cary Elwes shared updates about the recent fire and expressed his sadness about losing his home in an Instagram post. “Update from the fire. Firstly, myself and my family are all safe, thank God. Sadly we did lose our home but we are grateful to have survived this truly devastating fire. Our hearts go out to all the families impacted by this tragic event and we also wish to extend our gratitude to all the firefighters, first responders and law enforcement who worked so tirelessly through the night and are still at it. We want to thank everyone for the incredible outpouring of support. It really means a great deal to us.”

2. Cameron Mathison
Actor Cameron Mathison posted a video on Instagram showing the ruins of his home after the wildfire. In the video, he walks through the blackened remains of what used to be his house. He shared the video with the caption, “We are safe. But this is what’s left of our beautiful home. Our home where our kids were raised and where they wanted to raise their own someday. Thanks to all who reached out and checked in. Can’t respond to all so wanted to give an update here. Sending so many prayers to everyone being affected by these fires.”

3. James Wood
During a CNN interview, James Woods shared his sadness and said, “One day you are in a swimming pool, and the next day it’s all gone but yeah, she came out with her little yeti piggy bank for us to rebuild our house.”
4. Melissa Rivers
While speaking to CNN, Melissa told them, “That’s it, that’s the end of everything that belonged to my family and the history of it.” She also shared the post on Instagram, which reads, “My family and I have safely evacuated, and we are deeply grateful to be unharmed. I am heartbroken by the devastation caused by the fires, which have tragically destroyed my home. I want to express my profound gratitude to the courageous firefighters and first responders who are tirelessly risking their lives to protect our communities and save lives.”
5. Jhené Aiko
American singer, songwriter and rapper also lost her house in this fire. She shared the post that reads, “Me and my children’s home is gone, burned to the ground with all of our things inside. Lord have mercy. Thankful we still have eachother starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy.” She posted the message with the caption, “God Bless You ALL.”
