Kishkindha Kaandam OTT Release Date Out: ‘Kishkindha Kaandam’ has become one of the most successful Malayalam movies of 2024. Starring Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali and Vijayaraghavan in the lead roles, the movie received praise for its intriguing thriller plot that kept the audiences on the edge of their seats. After its good box office run, ‘Kishkindha Kaandam’ will soon arrive on OTT this month.

‘Kishkindha Kaandam’ will release on Disney+ Hotstar on November 19. 

Announcing the OTT release date of ‘Kishkindha Kaandam’, Disney+ Hotstar wrote,  “Lost memories. Hidden secrets. Kishkindha Kaandam will keep you guessing till the end. Streaming from November 19 only on Disney+ Hotstar!”

While speaking to OTTplay, director Dinjith talked about his experience of working with Asif Ali. He shared, “In interviews, I consistently bring up my belief that Kakshi: Amminippilla provided Asif with a chance to mature as an actor. Prior to this film, he was primarily recognised in these kinds of young roles that were typecast. However, Adv. Pradeepan Manjodi in this film made him more palatable for a family audience. Then Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha came out, which completely altered his acting career.” 

He added, “He plays Ajayan in Kishkindha Kaandam, who is a devoted and conflicted father as well as son. His range as an actor has changed for the best. Asif clearly pays attention to the most minute details, maintaining the character’s equilibrium. When it came to Ajayan, we had little influence because Asif was enamoured with him as a performer.” 

Apart from its original Malayalam version, the movie will also be available to watch in the dubbed versions of Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
