Kim Soo Hyun, who has been involved in a big controversy after the death of Kim Sae Ron, has reportedly a criminal lawsuit against Kim Sae Ron’s family and Kim Se Eui of YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute. This action was taken after the actor’s pantless down photo was allegedly leaked online.
Kim Soo Hyun’s agency GOLDMEDALIST claimed that the online circulation of his photo has caused sexual shame to him. These photos were allegedly leaked by Kim Sae Ron’s family and Kim Se Eui of YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute after they claimed that Kim Soo Hyun was dating the late actress when she was a minor.
The agency issued an official statement, which reads, “GOLD MEDALIST, as the agency managing actor Kim Soo Hyun, has filed a criminal complaint against Kim Sae Eui, the operator of the YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute, who posted a photo of actor Kim Soohyun taken with his pants down during a live broadcast on his YouTube channel today. The criminal complaint is also pertaining to the bereaved family of the late actress Kim Saeron and an unidentified individual claiming to be Kim Saeron’s aunt, who allegedly provided the photo to Kim Sae Eui, leading him to post it.”

The Dream High star was allegedly dating Kim Sae Ron when she was only 15 and he was 27.
Kim Sae Ron passed away at the age of 24 and was found dead in her home in Seoul on February 16. She reportedly died by suicide. The dating rumours of both the actor surfaced online when Kim Sae Ron posted a photo with Kim Soo Hyun on her Instagram story in 2024 in which the two were seen posing for a selfie. However, the Bloodhound actress soon deleted the story and a similar picture has now appeared on social media in which Kim Soo Hyun is seeing kissing Sae Ron on her cheeks. It is not clear if the alleged leaked picture is real or not.
