Khakee The Bengal Chapter Release Date Out: Jeet And Prosenjit Drop Playful Clip To Announce Big Update

On March 3, the makers of the crime drama officially shared the release date.

Directed by filmmaker Neeraj Pandey, this second part of the Khakee series is highly awaited and will premiere in March.

On March 3, the makers of the crime drama officially shared the release date. Khakee: The Bengal Chapter will premiere on March 20, bringing a new setting and story. In a fun video shared by Netflix on Monday, actors Jeet and Prosenjit Chatterjee—popularly known as Boss and Bumba Da—revealed when the show will arrive.

The caption for the video said, “Boss aur Bumba Da ki dahaad sunne ke liye ho jaiye taiyyaar! Watch Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, streaming from March 20, only on Netflix.”

Set in the early 2000s, in a city controlled by dangerous gangsters and politicians, the police have a hard time keeping things in order. In the middle of all this, IPS Arjun Maitra is determined to bring justice to a place where people quickly change sides, and anyone could secretly be an enemy. Will IPS Maitra be able to face the challenge and stop the violence in the city?

The talented cast is led by famous Bengali actors Jeet and Prosenjit Chatterjee, along with Saswata Chatterjee and Parambrata Chatterjee.

The series also stars Ritwik Bhowmik, Aadil Zafar Khan, Chitrangada Singh, Pooja Chopra, Aakanksha Singh, Mimoh Chakraborty, and Shraddha Das.

Produced by Friday Storytellers, the series is directed by Neeraj Pandey, with Debatma Mandal and Tushar Kanti Ray bringing their ideas to life.
