Earlier, Akshay Kumar thanked PM Narendra Modi for recognising C Sankaran Nair’s contribution in India’s freedom struggle. Akshay will essay the role of C Sankaran Nair in this film, based on Nair’s great grandson Raghu Palat’s book ‘The Case That Shook The Empire’. It will hit the theatres on April 18, 2025.
