Samay’s Humorous Take On His Invitation

In an Instagram video shared on Saturday, Samay gave fans a sneak peek of his fun-filled interaction with Amitabh Bachchan. He humorously revealed that his appearance on the show was not by chance. “Sir, I am here for one reason only- that you have never seen any of my work. If you had, Sony would have needed a lifeline instead of me!” Samay’s witty quip lightened the mood and had everyone laughing.

When the topic of lifelines came up, Samay, in his signature comedic style, jokingly asked Amitabh if they could use the 50-50 option. Before the host could respond, Samay added, “No, I meant that you tell us the answer, and we divide the winning amount.” His clever remark once again had the audience roaring with laughter.

Nostalgic Childhood Memory Shared By Samay

Reflecting on his childhood, Samay shared a heartwarming memory of watching Kaun Banega Crorepati with his father. “I used to ask him, ‘Should I also apply for KBC?’ And my father would say, ‘It’s not a joke to get on KBC.’ Papa, dekho, mazak karte karte KBC aa gaya,” Samay reminisced, as he playfully attributed his KBC journey to his humorous nature.

Amitabh Bachchan also got in on the fun, sharing a humorous moment from a past episode. He recalled inviting a contestant to his home for lunch, only to realize she had a family of 35 people. Without missing a beat, Samay responded, “Then, sir, you should have kept less food and told them- fastest finger first!” This quick-witted joke left Big B and the audience laughing out loud.

As the conversation came to a close, Amitabh Bachchan playfully asked Samay if he had ever cracked a joke that didn’t get a laugh. Samay’s reply was just as amusing: “Sir, first of all, I’m sad that you asked this question only to me and not anyone else sitting here.” His clever comeback had the audience roaring with laughter.
