Saif Ali Khan Stabbing Case: Kareena Kapoor has called out the paparazzi for their invasion of privacy following Sif Ali Khan’s stabbing incident. She expressed her anger on her Instagram story but soon deleted it. For the unversed, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed by an intruder on January 16 at his residence and is currently hospitalized at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai.
Sharing the video on her Instagram story, Kareena wrote, “Stop this now. Have a heart. Leave us alone, for God’s sake.” In the video, some people were seen carrying toy cars into the house.

Earlier, Kareena Kapoor reportedly told the police that Saif Ali Khan was attacked while he was trying to save his kids. She reportedly told the police, “Saif was the first to intervene and prevented the attacker from reaching Jeh. The women and children were moved to the 12th floor for their safety. After the incident, Kareena’s sister, Karisma Kapoor, took Kareena and the children to her home for safety, while Saif was quickly taken to Lilavati Hospital for medical attention.”
“The attacker was aggressive. I saw him attack Saif repeatedly…Our priority was to take Saif to the hospital. After the attack, I was terrified, so Karisma took me to her house.” she added.
The actor was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai and the doctors later issued an official statement regarding his health. Dr Nitin Dange, Chief Neurosurgeon at Lilavati Hospital Mumbai, told the media, “Saif Ali Khan is better now. We made him walk, and he walked well. Looking at his parameters, his wounds and all the other injuries, he is safe to be shifted out of the ICU. He has to take several precautions. He has to take rest and his movement has been restricted for a week.”
Calling the actor a ‘hero’, Niraj Uttamani, Chief Operating Officer of Lilavati Hospital, added, “Saif Ali Khan is a real hero. He is doing well. He has been shifted from the ICU to a normal room.”
“He is very fortunate. If a knife was 2 mm deeper, he would have sustained a serious injury,” he revealed.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Police have arrested the prime accused, Vijay Das, in connection with the stabbing case. Das, who has been identified as 30-year-old Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, confessed to the crime. Police have seized his belongings, which suggest that he is a Bangladeshi national. DCP Zone 9 Dixit Gedam confirmed the arrest and identification of the accused. Police also revealed that the accused used multiple names, including Vijay Das, Bijoy Das, and Mohammed Iliyas.
