Raveena Tandon to Make Special Appearance at Indian Idol 15 Grand Finale
Indian Idol season 15 is ready for its grand finale this weekend, and Raveena Tandon will be making a special appearance. In a promo shared by Sony TV on Instagram, Raveena is seen chatting with judges Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani, and Badshah.
She recalls an interesting story about the song Kar Gayi Chull. Raveena shared that she didn’t know her name was used in the song in the movie, and she even got a strange call from Karan Johar about it.
Karan Johar’s Hilarious Call to Raveena Tandon Before Using Her Name in the Song
Raveena Tandon shared an interesting story about a call she got from Karan Johar before her name was used in the song Kar Gayi Chull. She said:
“Honestly, mujhe nahi pata tha aise aane waala hain. Mujhe Karan ne call kiya, and hum toh inke (Badshah) bohot bade fan the hi. I used to listen to all his raps, it was so cool. So Karan said he wanted my permission to use my name in the song. Maine kaha, ‘How sweet! Of course use it’. He said, ‘Pehle Anil Thadani (Raveena’s husband) ka kya hoga. Wo mujhe marega toh nahi? Tu Pehle Anil se pooch le if it’s okay to use your name.’”
Raveena found it funny, as Karan was joking about asking her husband, Anil, if it was okay to use her name in the song!
The actress said that, it doesn’t matter what her husband thought as she could never say no to a Badshah song.

Indian Idol 15 Finale Details
In another clip from the upcoming finale, Raveena Tandon is seen dancing to her popular song Kabhi Tu Chhalia Lagta Hai from the 1991 movie Patthar Ke Phool, which also starred Salman Khan. The Indian Idol 15 finale will air on Sony TV on April 5 and 6.
