New Delhi: Bigg Boss 16, which is becoming increasingly competitive with each passing day, is nearing its conclusion. The earlier edition of the ‘prize money’ assignment appears to have irritated Karan Johar, the new host of Weekend Ka Vaar, who slammed Archana Gautam for being angry and using her personal emotions to influence the task.

For the uninitiated, Archana Gautam and Shalin Bhanot, who were tasked with throwing haldi and detergent water on Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Shalin Bhanot, and MC Stan, had gone aggressive, leaving Nimrit hurt.

In the previous episode, the’mandali’ and the other team were asked to participate in a competitive activity for prize money worth Rs. 50 lakhs. Archana Gautam and Shalin Bhanot were requested to hurl haldi and detergent water on the’mandali’ Shiv Thakare, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, and MC Stan, who were provided headgear and protective garments for the occasion. Despite many warnings from the Bigg Boss housemaster, the assignment became violent when Archana and Shalin proceeded to toss it, despite Nimrit’s claims that her eyes were harmed in the process.

In addition to criticising Archana’s behaviour, new host Karan Johar expressed his displeasure with the incident. Karan Johar is seen interrogating Archana about the work in the recent Colors channel promo. While Archana continued to interrupt, KJo slammed her.

“Mujhe baat complete karne do”. He continued asking, “Aap apna personal feelings wahan nikaal rahe ho woh kis hadh tak sahi hai… (You are lashing out because of your personal feelings, do you think it is right?).” While Archana insisted that she wasn’t doing it, KJo added, “Aap ke chehre pe khunnas dikh raha tha… (I could see the vengeance on your face).”
