New Delhi: Karan Johar Monday dropped a dhamakedar video on his Instagram handle announcing a new action movie Screw Dheela, starring none other than Tiger Shroff. Directed by Shashank Khaitaan, the film stars Tiger Shroff as a PT teacher.
In a teaser clip, a man can be seen beating Tiger Shroff, while he innocently protests that he is a PT teacher from India, and they are mistaken: “Sir, I am a PT teacher from India Akhilesh Mishra, Apko koi galat fehmi hui hai (You are misunderstanding).” But, thisthe scene changes when he hears a woman (who is also held as a hostage) calling him Johnny. He starts fighting and can be seen engaging in some serious action. The teaser ends with a man asking, “Who are you”.
The makers are yet to reveal the lead actress of the film, but rumours are rife that south sweetheart Rashmika Mandanna will co-star Tiger. Sharing the post, Karan Johar captioned it as, “Arriving with a solid punch of entertainment, super excited to present Tiger Shroff in #ScrewDheela, directed by Shashank Khaitan in an all new world of action!!”.

This is Tiger and Shashank Khaitaan’s first collaboration, while the actor has previously worked with Karan Johar in Student of The Year 2.
Talking about Tiger’s work front, the actor was last seen in Heropanti 2, co-starring Tara Sutaria. Nawazuddin Siddiqui also played a pivotal role in the film. Up next, Tiger has Ganpat in his pipeline wherein he will reunite with his Heropanti co-star Kriti Sanon.
Karan Johar, on the other hand, is currently garnering limelight for his chat show Koffee With Karan Season 7. On the film front, the filmmaker is making his directorial comeback with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh.
