Kapil Sharma’s popular cafe in Surrey, Canada, Kap’s Cafe, came under attack for the third time on Thursday, when gunmen opened fire. The latest attack was claimed on social media by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s associates, Kulveer Sidhu and Goldy Dhillon.
The video circulating online shows multiple rounds being fired at the cafe, which had only recently reopened after damage from previous attacks. The shooters were reportedly unmasked and aggressive, heightening concerns over public safety.
In their social media post, the perpetrators wrote: “Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. Today’s firing at Caps Cafe, Surrey, was carried out by me, Kulveer Sidhu, and Goldy Dhillon. We hold no grudge against the general public. Those who owe us or cheat us will be warned. Bollywood individuals who speak against our religion should also be prepared, bullets can come from anywhere.”
Local police in Surrey have launched an investigation into the latest attack, reviewing CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses.
This marks the third attack on Kap’s Cafe, following previous incidents on 10 July 2025 and 7 August 2025. Each time, the cafe sustained damage but fortunately, no one was injured. The repeated attacks have forced temporary closures and raised serious safety concerns for Kapil Sharma and his staff.
