The Kapil Sharma Show’s longtime associate photographer, Krishna Das, lovingly known as Das Dada has passed away. He was with the team for many years and captured their best moments behind the camera.
The heartbreaking news was confirmed by the Kapil Sharma’s team on Instagram. In a touching tribute, the team wrote:
“A very heavy heart today…We have lost Das Dada, the soul behind the lens, who captured countless beautiful moments with us since the beginning of The Kapil Sharma Show. More than just an associate photographer, he was family always smiling, always kind, and always there. His presence brought warmth and light, not just through his camera, but in every moment he shared with us. You will be missed beyond words, Dada. Rest in peace. Your memories will live on in every frame and every heart.”

Actor and comedian Kiku Sharda also re-shared the tribute on his Instagram story, writing, “We will miss you, Das Dada.”
According to his Instagram, he received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2018 for his excellent work in photography.
