The makers of Kantara team took to social media to confirm the film’s release date. They shared a post that reads, “No doubts. No delays 🙂 The legendary saga, #KantaraChapter1 unfolds on October 2nd, 2025.”

This announcement has made fans really excited for the film and to see Rishab Shetty back on screen.

Grand Scale and Action-Packed Sequences

The makers have promised an action-packed spectacle like never before. The film will feature more than 500 professional fighters, a cast of 3,000 people and high-octane battle sequences choreographed by both national and international experts.

The first official release announcement was made on November 17, 2024 by the production house Hombale Films.
