The recent news about Junior Mehmood has indeed surprised many. He was battling stage 4 stomach cancer and was hospitalized. During his hospital stay, Junior Mehmood had expressed a wish to meet a Bollywood superstar.
Junior Mehmood expressed his final wish to meet Bollywood superstar Jeetendra, which was fulfilled with the help of Sachin Pilgaonkar. Later, pictures of Jeetendra visiting Junior Mehmood in the hospital surfaced online.

Khalid Mohammed shared in a tweet that Junior Mehmood had conveyed his wish to meet Jeetendra. Mehmood expressed this desire to his childhood friend Sachin Pilgaonkar and requested an introduction to Jitendra Saheb.
Sachin Pilgaonkar had reacted to this tweet and told that Jeetendra had go and meet Junior Mahmood in the hospital this morning itself. After this, Tusshar Kapoor also shared a picture, in which Jeetendra is seen meeting veteran actor Junior Mehmood. Johnny Lever is also seen with Jeetendra in this picture. Today the news came that Junior Mehmood is no more in this world.

Apart from this, Junior Mahmood had expressed another wish. His wish was that when he is no more in this world, the world should remember him as a good person and not a bad one. While talking to a news channel, he had said his last wish – ‘I am a simple man. You must have known this by now. I just want that when I die, the world should say that the man was good.’

Junior Mehmood’s friend Salam Qazi had given information related to his health to ANI and told that he was ill for 2 months. Initially everyone thought that there would be some minor problem, but later suddenly his weight started decreasing. When the medical report came, it was found that he had liver and lung cancer. Apart from this, he also had intestinal tumor and jaundice. But, now the people who were praying for the safety of Junior Mahmood have been deeply disappointed by the news of his demise.
