Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi’s courtroom comedy drama Jolly LLB 3 is all set make its digital debut. Released on September 19, 2025, the film was praised for its story, humour, and performances, and also did well at the box office.
Directed and written by Subhash Kapoor. It’s the third film in the Jolly LLB series, following Jolly LLB 2. As of November 6, 2025, Jolly LLB 3 has earned more than Rs 162.88 crore (about US$19 million) worldwide.
When and where to watch
Following weeks of speculation, Netflix has officially confirmed that it has bagged the digital streaming rights to Jolly LLB 3.
The platform announced the news with a quirky poster featuring Akshay and Arshad in their trademark lawyer avatars. The caption read: “Milord, permission to be Jolly cause tareekh mil gayi hai! Watch Jolly LLB 3, out November 14, on Netflix.”
It is set to stream on Netflix from November 14, 2025.

Cast
The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, and Saurabh Shukla, with Amrita Rao and Huma Qureshi returning in their roles from the earlier films.
Plot
The film follows two lawyers, Jagdish “Jolly” Tyagi (Arshad Warsi) and Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra (Akshay Kumar) who end up fighting on opposite sides of a major land dispute case. A woman takes legal action after her village is taken over for a big “Bikaner to Boston” project, which leads to a farmer’s tragic suicide.
At first, both Jollys try to outsmart each other in court. But as the case goes on, they realise the real enemy is not each other but a powerful businessman, Haribhai Khaitan, who is exploiting the villagers. The two lawyers eventually join forces to stand up for justice and protect the people’s homes.

The first part of ‘Jolly LLB 3’ starred Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani, Amrita Rao, and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles. ‘Jolly LLB 2’, released in 2017, introduced Akshay Kumar as Jagdishwar Mishra, aka the new Jolly. Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor, and Kumud Mishra joined the star cast, whereas Saurabh Shukla reprised the role of the judge.
