While the actor eventually won the lawsuit he had filed against his ex-wife Amber Heard, the drama continues to unfold. New details in the case has unveiled shocking details. As per an international portal, Pirates of the Caribbean star suffers from erectile dysfunction. A Fox News report suggests that newly unsealed court documents have Amber’s attorneys claiming that the actor would never disclose his erectile dysfunction, but such condition is “relevant to sexual violence”. For the unversed, Johnny Depp had sued ex-wife Amber Heard of defaming him in a 2018 Washington Post article, where she called herself a survivor of domestic abuse.

In the newly obtained unsealed court documents, Amber Heard’s lawyers have claimed that Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction, and the condition may have contributed to his alleged bottle rape of his ex-wife.
“Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard,” wrote Elaine Bredehoft, Heard’s lead attorney.
Amber Heard suffered loss worth $50 million
Additionally, Amber Heard’s lawyers have claimed that the Aquaman actor suffered a loss of almost $50 million. She is supposed to pay $10 million to Johnny Depp. Her team in the pre-trial documents claimed that she suffered financial losses in the $47-50 million range over a 3-5 year period. This happened due to Johnny’s defamatory claims against Amber, the lawyers claimed.
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard met on the sets of The Rum Diary in 2009 and started dating a few years later. Their divorce was finalised in 2017.
