New Delhi: Having a tough weekday and don’t know what to plan out this weekend? Well, the OTT has a lot to provide you. From Diljit Dosanjh’s tryst with the disturbed situation of the Sikh community in the movie Jogi to Tisca Chopra setting out on a mission to battle age-old superstitions with Dahan, the OTT is filled with lots of exciting releases this weekend.

Having said that, let’s have a look at the OTT movies and web series for you to binge on this weekend.

Jogi (September 16)

Jogi is set during the Delhi riots of 1984 and stars Diljit Dosanjh in the title role. The movie depicts three turbulent days of violence as three friends struggle to survive. The movie is all set to release on September 16 only on Netflix.

Dahan (September 16)

Dahan – Raakan ka Rahasya starring Tisca Chopra as an IAS officer, is a dark tale of myths and superstition. Directed by Vikranth Pawar and written by Nisarg Mehta, Shiva Bajpai and Nikhil Nair, the series features paranormal occurrences in a quaint, rustic village of Shilaspura, also known as the ‘The Land of The Dead’. It will release on September 16 in Disney Plus Hotstar.

Ramarao on Duty (September 15)

Ramarao On Duty, stars Ravi Teja. It is a story of an honest government officer who fights against the red sandalwood mafia. The movie will stream on September 15 only on Sony Liv.

Johnny vs Amber: The US Trial (September 19)

A two-part documentary from two polarized perspectives. Exploring one of the most public and widely reported legal battles of the last decade- the accusations of domestic abuse between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It will be streaming on Discovery Plus.

Fate: The Winx Saga (September 16)

The second season of the mystical drama will be streaming on September 16 on Netflix. Creator Brian Young (“The Vampire Diaries”) brings the mystical fairy school Alfea to life in this mature take on the animated show- Winx Club.
