Jibraan Khan alleges Rs 34 lakh fraud by his cafe’s manager; FIR registered against employee: Report

Bollywood actor Jibraan Khan owns a cafe called 'Grounded Cafe' in Mumbai. He has filed a complaint against his general manager for fraud.

Bollywood actor Jibraan Khan, who owns a cafe called ‘Ground Cafe’ in Mumbai, has reportedly become a victim of fraud by an employee. As per PTI, he hired the accused as the general manager in 2022 and later discovered that the staff member had cheated him of Rs 34 lakh. The actor has filed an FIR against the manager.

According to reports, Jibraan discovered that supplier payments for the eatery were overdue. Upon conducting an audit, he found out that he had been cheated out of around Rs 34 lakh by his general manager, Ajay Singh Rawat.

Jibraan started his career in the showbiz as a child artist. He first starred in ‘Bade Dilwala’ and ‘Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta. He found fame after starring in ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ and played the role of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s son. He then appeared in ‘Rishtey’ in 2002.

After finding success as a child actor, he stayed away from the limelight. Jibraan worked as an assistant director in ‘Brahmastra’, released in 2022. He made his debut in the 2024 film ‘Ishq Vishl Rebound’, also starring Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan and Naila Grrewal.
