Ji Chang Wook’s Co-star Lee Yoon Hee From Backstreet Rookie Passes Away At 64

Lee Yoon Hee has appeared in several popular Korean movies and shows including Taxi Driver, Backstreet Rookie, The King of Flattery and others.

Lee Yoon Hee, veteran South Korean actor, passed away at the age of 64 on January 11. The news of his sudden demise has been confirmed by his agency as they shared an emotional statement. As per reports, Lee Yoon Hee had no health complications prior to his death.

The statement reads, “We extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved family, who are grieving this sudden loss, and to everyone who cherished and loved actor Lee Yoon Hee. His absence is a tremendous loss for us all, but we will honor his life and values by treasuring the warm memories and contributions he left behind.”

Lee Yoon Hee has been a well known face in the South Korean entertainment industry and appeared in several supporting roles. He was recently seen in ‘The Sound Of The Knife’ and ‘Seonsan’. He is well known for his roles in ‘Backstreet Rookie’, ‘The King Of Flattery’, ‘The Mayor’, ‘Taxi Driver’, ‘Save Me 2’ among others.
