On June 5, the trailer for Tamannaah Bhatia’s Jee Karda was finally released. It takes you on a voyage full of fun, drama, and emotions as it depicts the lives of seven childhood friends who are diametrically opposed yet emotionally intertwined. They go through life together, falling in love, making mistakes, and even having their hearts broken, and they discover that even the best friendships and relationships are not perfect.
Lavanya (Tamannaah Bhatia) and Rishab (Suhail Nayyar) are the group’s IT couple who are about to marry. Their classmates join in the festivities, but issues arise as the wedding approaches, and relationships take a fascinating turn. Arunima Sharma is the show’s director.
Talking about Jee Karda, Tamannaah Bhatia said, “I had an absolutely incredible time working on Jee Karda, for me, this show was the closest I’ve ever played a character that resonated with my own persona. Being a true Mumbai girl, having grown up in this vibrant city. The friendships I formed in school were unlike any other, and I believe those kinds of bonds are irreplaceable. This show truly captures the essence of nostalgia, reflecting the dynamics and experiences I understand so well from the city I belong to.”
