Fans of The Twilight Saga are buzzing with excitement after the franchise’s official social media handles dropped a cryptic post, sparking speculation of a big announcement. While nothing is confirmed yet, many believe it could hint at a possible re-release of the films or even something new.
On August 27, Lionsgate which acquired Twilight production company Summit Entertainment in 2012, dropped a cryptic post with a The Twilight Saga’s poster. With the tagline “Forever Begins Again” and “This October” written on it, the caption of the post, “Tomorrow” left fans wondering what it meant. While exact dates haven’t yet been revealed, Lionsgate has promised to share more details soon.

What to Expect if the Films Are Re-Released
If the re-release happens, old fans enjoy Bella Swan’s story again from finding out Edward is a vampire to her complicated bond with Jacob while new viewers can experience the love triangle in theatres for the first time.
The later movies show Bella and Edward’s wedding, Bella becoming a vampire, and the birth of their daughter, Renesmee, leading up to a tense showdown with the Volturi, the powerful vampire coven.
