Panchayat Season 4 has finally released on Prime Video and has left fans excited. The series focuses on Abhishek Tripathi, who become the Panchayat secretary due to lack of job options. However, things take a turn for his life when he gets caught up in the village politics. The fourth season has also been making the headlines for its cliffhanger and fans are wondering if the show will return for the fifth season.

In the end, it is revealed that Pradhan ji and Manju Devi lost the Panchayat election to Bhushan and Kranti Devi. This raises questions about Abhishek aka Sachiv Ji’s future in Phulera and put the power of Pradhan and Manju at risk.
Earlier, in an interview with Times Now, Saanvika aka Rinky revealed that the makers have begun the process of the fifth season. She said, “The process for Panchayat Season 5 has begun, and hopefully, maybe by mid-next year or sometime in next year, it will be released. And we are likely to begin the shoot for season 5, maybe at the end of this year or next year, so writing has started. So once the writing is done, we will start shooting.”
The third season ended on a chaotic note as Pradhan gets shot and ends up in the hospital. Meanwhile, Abhishek and his friends get into a fight with MLA and his goons. Things take a turn when all of them are arrested. Panchayat Season 4 focuses on the upcoming Panchayat election in Phulera as Pradhan and Bhushan go against each other. This put everyone’s future at stake, including Abhishek aka Sachiv Ji.
