Veteran actor Dharmendra is currently hospitalised at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. There were several reports regarding his health, with some suggesting that he is critical and some even assuming the worst. His wife, Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol have dismissed rumours regarding his death and said that he is currently stable. However, Dharmendra’s sons Sunny and Bobby Deol have not made any public statements so far.
Both Sunny and Bobby Deol were seen outside the hospital. Sunny Deol’s team also issued a statement to the media and requested everyone not to spread any false information. According to Minit, the statement read, “Mr Dharmendra is stable and under observation. Further updates will be shared as available. Kindly don’t indulge in spreading false rumours regarding his health. Request everyone to pray for his speedy recovery and respect the family’s privacy.”
Meanwhile, Hema Malini slammed the reports of Dharmendra’s death. She wrote on X, “What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy.”
