Ali Fazal, one of the lead actors in Raj & DK’s highly anticipated Netflix series Rakt Brahmand, has reportedly paused his shoot, following rumours of a financial fraud related to the project. While the cast has not publicly commented on the situation, sources suggest that the actor has shifted focus to another project for the time being.
Industry insiders reveal that Ali Fazal has now begun working on a new Prime Video series directed by Paatal Lok director, Prosit Roy. This series, co-starring Sonali Bendre, was initially scheduled to start later in the year. However, due to the temporary halt in Rakt Brahmand’s production, Ali Fazal has stepped into the new project earlier than expected.

Reports suggest that around Rs 2-3 crore may have been misappropriated by an executive producer, causing a delay in the shoot.
