According to India Today, Naga Chaitanya will wear a pancha for his wedding. Whereas, Sobhita Dhulipala will reportedly wear a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari work. The couple will honour their traditions, whereas, the ‘Dhootha’ star will pay tribute to his grandfather, legendary actor-producer Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
“Sobhita Dhulipala picked a beautiful Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari while shopping with her mother. She’s also getting a simple white khadi saree woven in Ponduru, Andhra Pradesh, along with a matching set for Chaitanya, following tradition. Sobhita is personally involved in every detail, adding a special and heartfelt touch to her big day,” a source was quoted as saying by India Today.
Meanwhile, the couple will reportedly visit a temple after their wedding. A source revealed, “As per traditional customs, the first thing a couple is expected to do after the wedding is visit a temple to express their gratitude for the wonderful journey ahead. Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya will be following this ritual and are planning to visit either the Tirupati Balaji Temple or the Srisailam Temple.”
Prabhas, SS Rajamouli, Chiranjeevi, PV Sindhu, Nayanthara, the entire Akkineni and Daggubati families, NTR, Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela, and Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar are expected to attend the wedding ceremony.
Naga Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He officially announced his relationship with Sobhita Dhulipala by sharing his engagement pictures.
