In 2022, Kamal Haasan had a huge hit with Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vikram. He is now filming for filmmaker Shankar’s Indian 2, a sequel to the critically acclaimed film of the same name. Fans are waiting with bated breath for Kamal Haasan to don the khaki and play vigilante Senapathy.

Thalapathy Vijay has rejoined with Lokesh Kanagaraj for Leo after the success of Varisu. After Master, this is their second collaboration. Leo is a commercial action thriller starring Vijay. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Menon, Trisha, Mysskin, Mathew Thomas, and others.

Leo’s commercial was just aired, and it caught the audience’s interest. It depicts Vijay as a sword-wielding hero, and fans are eager to learn whether this film will be included in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe.

Ponniyin Selvan: Part 2

Ponniyin: Part 1 by Mani Ratnam received critical accolades as well as commercial success. The first installment ended on a cliffhanger, and now all eyes are on the second installment. Ponniyin Selvan: Part 2 will be released in theatres on April 28. The second chapter will address crucial concerns about the Chola dynasty and depict the death of one of the Chola monarchs.

Suriya 42

Suriya 42, directed by Siruthai Siva and starring Suriya and Siha Patani, is expected to be a historical fantasy drama. According to reports, the film boasts a 1000-year-old history and some good action. The film is anticipated to be completed this year and released in theatres.

Jailer

Jailer, starring Rajinikanth, is one of the most anticipated films of 2023. The film represents Rajinikanth and Nelson Dilipkumar’s debut collaboration. The two stars are excited to make a strong comeback with Jailer. The filming of Jailer is moving forward quickly across India.
