Plot
Hridayapoorvam is about Sandeep Balakrishnan (Mohanlal), a rich but grumpy businessman who runs a cloud-kitchen chain in Kochi. Even after a heart transplant, he believes that “a heart is just an organ.” Things get interesting when he goes to Pune for the engagement of Haritha, whose father’s heart now beats in Sandeep. Haritha wants him at the engagement so she can feel her father’s presence, leading to funny and emotional moments.
